Tickets will be sent to you approximately 10 days prior to the performance date.
If your tickets are digital, we will email you instructions on how to retrieve them; if they are physical tickets, you’ll receive them by US Mail and we’ll email you to let you know when they were sent.
Communications regarding concert tickets are primarily handled by email and are sent to the email you provided when donating for tickets, unless you subsequently let us know to change your email.
If it is two weeks or less before the concert date and you have not received any emails from us regarding the concert, please let us know by filling out this form, making sure to specify which concert you are referring to.
If you were advised that your tickets were being sent by US Mail and you have not received them one week prior to the concert date, please let us know by filling out this form, making sure to specify which concert you are referring to.
